How to submit a complaint

1. Email your Broker/Administrator/FSP on 011568 9360 timothyp@ua.co.za
2. If your matter is not resolved, please email the Insurer’s Complaints Department on complaints@ominsure.co.za or call us on 0860 634 357
3. If you are still dissatisfied with the outcome you may put your complaint in writing to our Internal Arbitrator at dispute@ominsure.co.za who will conduct a full & fair independent investigation.
